Palm oil or liquid waste known as palm oil mill effluent
(pome) was potentially produce methane gas and electricity are useful for
alternative energy sources.
"The number of pome in East Kalimantan is very much due
to palm oil plantations had more than 1 million hectares, but has not yet
managed pome maximum when the benefits are great for the power plant,"
said East Kalimantan Governor Awang Ishak Faroek in Samarinda on Sunday.

shortage of electricity in East Kalimantan due to a low supply of raw materials.

across counties and cities in East Kalimantan immediately help the people

have oil palm plantations has pointed concern with managing pome into
electrical energy alternatives (biodiesel) to meet the needs of the community.
A number of these companies, namely PT Rea Kaltim
Plantations in Flower Beard, aquatic mammal, then PT Telen Group in Talisayan,
Berau regency, and Group PT Sinar Mas subsidiary PT Astra and PT Smart at Muara
Wahau, East Kutai Regency.
He mentioned that PT Rea Kaltim Plantations in 2014 to build
power plants or biodiesel pome powerful 8 mega watts, while PT PLN electricity
network will be woken up with a budget allocation amounting to Rp53 billion for
the electricity needs for the people of Flower beard.

land palm oil in order to encourage companies to build power plants pome.
